They accept the limits of their own body and only use what can be found in a daily and healthy diet to increase their performance. They NEVER use drugs or supplements. Using it for five years and then stopping doesn't make you a natural bodybuilder because these drugs can affect your metabolism permanently. A true natural bodybuilder has never touched it. Neither chemical drugs nor ?'magic'' plants. They only go on with veggies, lean protein and hard training. Does it mean you can't become as strong as you want ? Well, if your aim is to let down your tyres while driving your car forget it. If you want to look great, lean, strong and confident then yeah, naturalbodybuilding is for you. However, you won't obtain the same results as non-natural bodybuilders.
If you're a man, you're going to become ?huge' depending of your workouts and nutrition but it won't be exaggerated as those Mr Universe since you'll become as huge as your body actually can get. Obviously, some, depending of their diet, workouts and genetics become bigger than others but it will never be outrageous. It will always look natural.
